In this weeks episode, I sit down with client and now friend that just recently graduated iCoach University after working together over the last year!
Here's what Alex had to say about his journey:
"I am so excited to say that I have officially graduated iCoach University! This has been way more that nutrition and fitness - it's taught me a lot about motivation, self-confidence and dedication. One of the main goals has been to stop being so hard on myself and setting unrealistic expectations / goals. The consistent and perceived "failure" of obtaining those caught me in a vicious cycle. Justin & I worked on reverse dieting, repairing my relationship with food, completing two strength programs and understanding balance with the 80/20 rule. I saw some gains and some setbacks, but it has taught me that I hold the tools to accomplish my goals - it just requires consistency and balance. Through the past year, I have learned that awareness is your best friend. Do we just need to focus on maintaining? Do we need to cut ourselves some slack? What are our priorities? Are we truly being 80/20? Thank you Justin for holding me accountable, showing me the tools and helping me put them to use. I truly appreciate you and the awesome community you have built here at iCoach Nutrition!"
